How do I create a Button Maids Account?

When you book service with us, an account is automatically created for you. Just set up your account, create a password, and you are set!

Will the cleaner bring their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Your cleaning professional will bring all the cleaning supplies required to clean your home. We always try to cater to our customers, so if you prefer the cleaner to use a certain product you provide, we will. Please give us advanced notice of this.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account and select your name at the top right of your account page. Select “change password”.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a discount/gift/referral code to a future appointment by logging into your account and click “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice. Enter the code into the appropriate field and save changes. The system will automatically apply the code to the appointment you modified. You can not apply your discount code to past a appointment that has already been completed.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that has already been completed.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We understand that mistakes can happen or things may go wrong. While this is never our intention, if anything should go wrong during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away and we will correct the issue.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Rest assured, your information is safe with us. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Our booking form even has its own layer of 256 bit security. All credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE and is layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store credit card numbers in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Trust us when we say that we take security very seriously!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Every independent contractor we hire undergoes an in-person interview and has to submit to an extensive background check.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We pride ourselves in our work and customer service. We want your business, but most importantly, we want you completely happy with our services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our work or customer service, please contact us and let us make it right. If you are still not completely satisfied, we will offer you a refund on the services provided.

What is your refund policy?

If you were not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we would love to make it right with our 200% satisfaction guarantee! If you are still not completely satisfied, we will offer a full refund of the services provided. Please CONTACT US if you have any issues with your service. Give us a chance to make it right.
